SRKR

Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju Engineering College (SRKR), established in 1980, is one of Andhra Pradesh's first self financing engineering institutions, dedicated to empowering rural students through technical education. With its 30-acre green campus, the college offers state-of-the-art facilities that foster an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment. Over the years, SRKR has built a strong ethos of creativity, confidence, and logical thinking in its students, preparing them for nation-building and diverse careers. The college's vision, inspired by its founder Sri Sagi Rama Krishnam Raju, continues under the leadership of Sri S. Prasad Raju, ensuring academic excellence. SRKR combines science, creativity, and critical thinking to address societal challenges, making it a hub for innovation and problem-solving. With 44 years of academic excellence, SRKR offers 12 B.Tech., 6 M.Tech., and 10 Ph.D. programs, alongside a B.B.A. program. Accredited with an ‘A+’ Grade by NAAC and multiple NBA accredited B.Tech. programs, the institution is recognized by AICTE and UGC for its outstanding contributions to education and research. SRKR’s initiatives include the AICTE IDEA Lab, Atal Community Innovation Centre, and Business Incubation Centre, emphasizing entrepreneurship, innovation, and skill development. Its 14 Centres of Excellence further drive research culture, solving societal challenges through research and development.

About Department CSE

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in 1991, starting with a B.Tech. program and has since grown significantly, with an intake rising from 40 to 300 by 2021. It also offers an M.Tech. program, launched in 2006, and has been recognized as a research center by JNTUK since 2019. The department has been continuously accredited by the NBA four times since 2006. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including 11 laboratories and 3 research labs, supported by a highly qualified faculty, with 18 doctorates and 30 pursuing Ph.D. programs. Faculty members are engaged in cutting edge research areas like Cryptography, AI, and IoT, with collaborations from institutions like Bennett University and TCS Ion, and projects funded by national and international agencies totaling ₹1.68 crores. The department features an impressive placement record with 598 offers in the 2022-23 academic year and a highest package of ₹29.5 lakhs per annum. The SRKR CSE alumni have excelled in diverse fields, with many holding influential positions and CEO roles at well-reputed companies around the globe. The department also organizes events like the annual technical symposium "SPURTHI" and conferences to promote research and student talent. To meet future industry demands, the department has introduced specialized courses and programs in AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and Data Science.

ICAAAI Conference

Artificial Intelligence's impact on decision-making is growing, but understanding is limited. Legislation is needed to understand AI's effects and improve human-centric design. Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) uses large database patterns to generate new data instances, while Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) allows human users to understand and trust the results of machine learning algorithms, providing a platform for conference attendees. The ICAAAI-2024 conference will focus on generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and transformers for natural language processing tasks. Large language models (LLMs) are used for language generation, classification, and more. Both fields are crucial for AI advancement, addressing challenges in creative fields and regulated industries. Generative AI is revolutionizing academia and industry 6.0 by enabling machines to participate in creative processes. Explainable AI is essential for trust and accountability, requiring interdisciplinary approaches in mathematical modeling and statistical AI. Techniques like SHAP, LIME, and ALE are used to provide global and local explanations of a model's operating rules. Statistical AI models like linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, SVMs, Naive Bayes, KNN, and neural networks are used for various tasks. AI models are made simpler with explainable algorithms such as LIME, SHAP, and SBRL, which also improve user experience and cut down on errors. There's been an increase in calls for operational openness as AI becomes more commonplace in daily life. However, poor societal outcomes from AI conclusions can include prejudice against disabled communities and erroneous apprehensions. To follow the guidelines of Information Communication Technology (ICT), which focuses on improving data generation, handling, and exchange methods by infrastructure and tools for Advanced Techniques of ICAAAI-2024.

About Publication and Ethics Statement

International Conference on Algorithms in Advanced Artificial Intelligence (ICAAAI-2024), which was organized from December 4 to 6, 2024. All the participants of presented papers published in Taylor & Francis. The Conference proceedings cover a range of publication types, some of which are treated as book publications, and others are the same. This conference proceeding publishes standalone books, book series, or collections of summaries or abstracts shown on Google and Amazon. About the Proceedings for the conference namely ICAAAI-2024, we meet virtually to conduct a comprehensive session through Taylor and Francis members. Conference proceedings are a record of a conference or similar academic meeting, often including abstracts, reports of papers, or full-text papers submitted by participants and presented in diverse forms such as books or standalone publications provided to Taylor & Francis.
