National Girl Child Day Celebrated on Campus
SRKR Engineering College 24 January 2020


National Girl Child Day celebrated by NSS Unit & Women Empowerment Cell in S.R.K.R Engineering College on January 24. The objective of celebrating National Girl Child Day are as follows.

* Highlight the inequalities faced by girls in the country
* Promote awareness about the rights of a girl child
* Create awareness on importance of girl education,health and nutrition.

Prasada Raju Garu , Ph.D, FNAE,R&D Adviser for IIT Madras, Advisory Council Member, SRKR Engineering College addressed the Staff of SRKREC on "FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT" on JANUARY 4th 10:00 am to 11:00 am at E-class room of WET CENTER. HOD's of all the Departments, Deans, R&D Coordinators and Senior Faculty members attended the meeting.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Club Inaugurated

Keeping in view the importance of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, a new student & faculty club named AI Club has been inaugurated by Shri. S.V.Rangaraju garu, Secretary and Correspondent of SRKREC on 21st December 2019 during the annual day celebrations of Technology Centre.

National Conference NCPQROCM 2019 Inaugurated

National Conference on Productivity, Quality, Reliability, Optimization and Computational Modeling (NCPQROCM-2019) has been inaugurated on 18th December 2019. The conference has been organized jointly by departments of CSE & IT and co-ordinated by Dr. R.N.V.Jagan Mohan. Experts from JNTUK and Industry graced the occasion.

J. Samhitha of 2/4 ECE selected for National level Judo Competitions to be held in Kanpur.
Sai Krishna of 2/4 EEE is going to represent JNTUK team in the upcoming South Zone Handball competitions in Bengaluru.
Mech Student Sai Tarun bags Silver medal in 4 X 100 mtrs running.
P. Kamalswamy of 2/4 Civil selected for International level Rifle Shooting Competitions for qualifying rounds.
Sandesh got selected for senior level Hockey Tournament.
