Principal of SRKR, Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had wished all the staff and students of SRKR on the
occasion of New Year. Various staff members had met him and wished him on this occasion. He said that Collaborative effort only brings good results and so everyone should work with unity in the path of progress. There were some extremely important achievements that the college had got last year and this year too they must be replicated with more efforts. He said that the management is ready to go to extra mile for the benefit of the institution, staff and students. The staff had met and wished the Vice President of SRKR Sri. SV Ranga Raju garu too.
The coaching camp for University Women Basketball team is being conducted at SRKR. This team is going to represent JNTUK at South zone inter university Basketball Tournament from Jan 4 th to 8 th at Madras University, Chennai. Principal of SRKR, Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had visited the camp and wished the students all the best. He said that students should progress in sports as well as academics. In charge PD Dr. Harimohan had said that 12 students from institutions under the purview of JNTUK are being trained here at SRKR. The team is going to Chennai in the supervision of Assistant PD Ms. G. Sarika of SRKR.
Most Circulated Telugu Newspaper 'Eenadu' had conducted talent examination to the students of SRKR on 27th December 2022, in order to bring out the inner potential of the students. Students of various branches took part in this examination and the students with highest marks were being awarded by Vice President of SRKR, Mr. SV Ranga Raju, Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju and HOD of CSE, Dr. Chandrasekhar. B. Tech final year students Ms. Sarvani, Mr. Saikrishna, Mr. Abhishek and Mr. P. Abhishek stood as the top four in these examinations.
The Lions Club of Bhimavaram had felicitated the Principal, HOD’s and Deans on 27th December 2022 for getting NAAC A+ accreditation. Speaking on this occasion President of Lions Club, Mr. K. Venkataraju had said that the entire Bhimavaram city and District of West Godavari is proud of SRKR and its achievements. Social Service activist, Mr. Rangasai had said that this achievement is only possible with the collective effort of all the departments and staff of the organisation. Principal of SRKR, Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said that the cooperation of the management is very vital in getting this accreditation and SRKR is marching ahead in the direction set by founder Dr. Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju, President Mr. S. Prasada Raju, Secretary&Correspondent Mr. SRK Nishanth Varma and other management members. Representatives of the Lions Club, HOD’s and Deans took part in this occasion.
SRKR Engineering College is accredited by NAAC with A+ Grade, Secretary and Correspondent of SRKR Sri. SRK Nishanth Varma had told the reporters at a meeting organised in the college on 26th Dec, 2022. The management celebrated this commendable achievement by cutting the cake and thanking all the stakeholders. SRKR had been awarded 3.42 CGPA and stood among the top colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Principal of SRKR, Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said that NAAC Committee members had visited the college on Dec 15th and 16th and examined the facilities and infrastructure of the college. HOD’s and Deans took part in this success celebrations.
