A conference on ONDC was being held at the technology centre of SRKR in collaboration with
Bangalore based E-Samuday and Bhimavaram Online. Speaking on this occasion Principal of SRKR
Dr. Jagapathi Raju had said that even small business people can also enter into online phase and
SRKR is ready to help them in growing their business in online mode. He said that Govt is giving more
prominence to online businesses and ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) is playing a very
prominent role in this. E- Samuday network Head Mr. Raghavendra had said that their portal is
linked with ONDC and so, the businesses in online can be done with more ease. Bhimavaram Online
Director Dr. Suresh Babu had said that SRKR had started online services in the year 2018 and is
marching ahead. Technology Centre Head Dr. Gopalakrishna Murthy and E-Samuday representative
Mr. Krishna took part in this conference.
Mrs. G. Santhi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at SRKR Engineering College
had received her Ph.D. from Andhra University in the field of Applied Mathematics, Principal Dr. M.
Jagapathi Raju had said. She was felicitated in the college by the Vice President Mr. SV Ranga Raju,
Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju and HOD of Mathematics & Humanities Dr. D. Venkatapathi Raju. She had completed her Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. T. Lingaraju and Dr. CNB Rao. She was
congratulated by the staff of the college.
Atal Incubation Centre at Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantpur is going to present awards to SRKR Engineering College for its efforts in promoting the start-up ecosystem, Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said. Technology Centre head Dr. Gopalakrishna Murthy is being felicitated by the Principal on this occasion. Dr. Murthy had said that these awards are being presented for encouraging the start-up ecosystem and starting more start-ups in the campus. These awards are going to be presented at the university on 21 st January, 2023.
Civil Engineering Assistant Professor Mr. Vamsi Nagaraju had received Young Researcher Award from the STEM Institute, Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said. He congratulated Mr. Nagaraju for this achievement and wished him all the best for the future. He said that every year Himachal Pradesh University in association with STEM will select one as the young researcher across the country. Earlier Mr. Nagaraju had received Geo technical award too.
The Maharashtra Training and Placement Cell Officers Association had awarded Innovative Leader award to SRKR Placement Officer Dr. Satyanarayana, Principal of SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said. He was felicitated in the campus by Principal and Vice President of SRKR Sri. SV Ranga Raju. Speaking on this occasion Dr. Satyanarayana had said that the top 20 placement officers across the country are awarded and SRKR was the only one to receive from the state of Andhra Pradesh. He thanked the efforts of the college management which had played a key role in securing the highest number of placements for the students of SRKR. Dr. Satyanarayana was congratulated by HODs, Deans and Faculty of the institution.
