Graduation Day Celebrations were held at a grand manner at SRKR Engg College and the degrees
were awarded to the outgoing students. Chief Guest of this function was alumni of the college and
Mission Bhageeradha Chief Engineer and Telangana Drinking Water Supply Corporation Director Mr.
J. Madhubabu. Speaking on this occasion he said that in order to achieve the goals one should have
strong determination and persistence. Secretary and Correspondent of SRKR Sri. SRK Nishanth
Varma had said that the college which started modestly was today running with 13 branches and
providing large number of placements every year. Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju, Honorary

90 th Birthday Celebrations of SRKR Engg College Founder Late Sri. Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju were
going to be held at SRKR on 19 th July, 2023 Secretary and Correspondent of SRKR Sri. SRK Nishanth
Varma and Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said. Chairman of AP Legislative Council Sri. K.
Moshen Raju and MLA of Bhimavaram Sri. Grandhi Srinivas will be the Guests for this occasion along
with President of SRKR Sri. S. Prasad Raju and College GB Members and Prasad and Co. Board
Members. The brochure relating to the same was released in the campus.
SRKR Engg College stood at 3 rd Rank in Times Rankings and AAA+ in Career 360 rankings, Principal of
SRKR Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said. He felicitated the Secretary and Correspondent of SRKR Sri. SRK
Nishanth Varma on this occasion. Vice President Mr. G. Ramaraju took part in this occasion.
SRKR Toastmasters Club has won 3 prestigious awards at the National Level, Secretary and
Correspondent of SRKR Sri. SRK Nishanth Varma had said. He felicitated the students and the
President of the Toastmasters Club Mr. Haswanth Kumar of II IT. Club Incharge Dr. Lakshmi and
Incharge Principal Dr. Suresh Babu, members of the Toastmasters Club had participated in this
event.
For the first time in the state of AP, SRKR had the privilege of setting up an IELTS Centre in
association with IDP, Secretary and Correspondent of SRKR Sri. SRK Nishanth Varma had said. This
centre can be used for the students who wants to pursue their studies abroad and have proficiency
on English language. The Dept of English at SRKR would be training the students on the same. HOD
of English Dept Prof. Lakshmi took part in this event.
