College Secretary Sagi Ramakrishna Nishanth Varma said Andhra University has awarded
TR KD Varaprasad with Ph D in Mathematics. Dr. Varaprasad was honoured by Nishanth Varma in a special event organized at College on Monday. Principal Dr. M. Jagapathiraju while speaking, he advised the engineering faculty to take advantage of the research centers of different departments of their college and conduct research. It is being said that Ph D will help teachers to prepare students more in the new education system. Varaprasad, who received his doctorate degree, said that Andhra University Professor, Chairman of the Board of Studies, Dr. T Lingaraju. He said that under the supervision of the reasearch conducted by Andhra University Ph.D candidate was on “Perception Analysis of, of study MHD free convects flows fast an induced porous plates with chemical reaction and radiation for his reasearch Andhra University gave a Ph D. Dr. D. Venkatapathiraju, Head of the Department of Mathematics and Humanities and the college faculty congratulated Varaprasad.
College Secretary and Correspondent Sagi Ramakrishna Nishanth Varma said that Nano Research Center is organizing about engineering materials,international conference held on September 25th and 26th. He released the related poster at the college on Friday. On this occasion, Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju, principal of the college, said that MECAP-23 Conference is being held in the name of Material Engineering, Material Chemistry and Material Science. He stated that many good results are coming in materials research and their results are reaching the society and this conference is being organized with international experts so that they can be used to a greater extent. College Vice-Presidents SV Rangaraju, Gokaraju Ramaraju, conference convener Dr. R. Venu Reddy, R&D Dean, Director Dr. P.A. Ramakrishnan Raju and others also spoke aboubt Engineering materials. Dean Evolution Dr. KV Murali Krishnama Raju, Heads of various departments Dr. K. Brahma Raju, Dr. P. Bhavani, Dr. Ramanamurthy, Co-Convenors Dr. B.S. Diva Kar, Dr. Chandrasekhar and others participated.
SRKR Engg College Founder Sri. Sagi Ramakrishna Raju 90 th Birthday Celebrations were held in a
grand manner at SRKR Engg College. Chief Guest Sri. K. Moshen Raju, Chairman of AP Legislative
Council had said that Sri. Raju was an inspiration to the society for his contribution to the society and
education sector. Secretary and Correspondent Sri. SRK Nishanth Varma had detailed various
activities that are being done under the Foundation that was newly established by SRKR Engg
College Association and Prasad and Company. President Sri. S. Prasad Raju had urged the students
and faculty to play a key role in the development of the society. Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju, GB
Members of SRKR Engg College Association, Representatives of Prasad and Co and other delegates
took part in this occasion. Tricycles were distributed to the under privileged as a part of the
foundation activities. Staff, Students and General Public attended this event in large numbers.
Mr. N. Uday Bhaskar Varma, Assistant Professor in the Dept of Mathematics and Humanities had
recived his Doctorate from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju had said.
He was felicitated by Secretary and Correspondent Sri. SRK Nishanth Varma. Vice President Sri. G.
Ramaraju, HOD of M&H Dept Dr. Venkatapathi Raju took part in this occasion.
Graduation Day Celebrations were held at a grand manner at SRKR Engg College and the degrees
were awarded to the outgoing students. Chief Guest of this function was alumni of the college and
Mission Bhageeradha Chief Engineer and Telangana Drinking Water Supply Corporation Director Mr.
J. Madhubabu. Speaking on this occasion he said that in order to achieve the goals one should have
strong determination and persistence. Secretary and Correspondent of SRKR Sri. SRK Nishanth
Varma had said that the college which started modestly was today running with 13 branches and
providing large number of placements every year. Principal Dr. M. Jagapathi Raju, Honorary
