The SRKR Engineering College in Bhimavaram recently organized a summer training program on subjects like Utkarsha Yoga, Medha Yoga, and Pragya Yoga in collaboration with the People's Association of Inner Engineering (PAIE). The four-day training, conducted for students aged 5 to 17 from various local schools, aimed to develop self-confidence by keeping their minds calm and focused. The program was attended by parents, who observed the mental exercises performed by the students. The initiative was praised by Dr. K.V. Muralikrishna Raju, Principal of SRK Engineering College, and Dr. P. Bhavani, PAIE Coordinator and Head of Engineering Chemistry, highlighting the importance of physical and mental strength in achieving success across all fields.

This success reflects the college’s commitment to academic excellence and industry readiness. The highest package offered was ₹17.1 LPA, with an average package of ₹4.2 LPA. Students from departments such as AI&DS, AIML, CSE, CSBS, ECE, EEE, IT, CIVIL, and MECH received offers from top companies across various domains.

SRKR Engineering College recently organized a Summer Sports Camp to encourage children to engage in physical activity from a young age. The camp, held at the Indoor Stadium of SRKR, was inaugurated by Physical Education Director Mr. Sai Kumar. The initiative focused on training children in badminton and chess, aiming to boost their physical and mental well-being.

To provide refreshing relief to students during the hot summer months, SRKR Engineering College inaugurated a Buttermilk Distribution Centre (మజ్జిగ చలివేంద్ర) on campus. The initiative, part of the NSS (National Service Scheme) activities, was formally launched by Vice Principal Prof. S.V. Rangaraju, with several faculty members and students in attendance.
