The Department has sufficient number of well-furnished, well ventilated, spacious class rooms with technology enabled to facilitate active and better learning. They are also ideal for organizing small seminars and workshops where the audio-visual facilities are available.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering has over 10 laboratories including thermal engineering, heat-transfer, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Metrology, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, etc. Modern computing facilities are available for students at the Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing Laboratories.

All the laboratories are provided with the state of art equipment. Laboratories are well equipped, and well maintained not only for carrying out curriculum-oriented lab practical but also to carry out research activities.

Department has a separate Library with an area of 820 square feet which has 400+ titles, 15337 volumes and 420 UG and PG students project reports.

Department has separate seminal hall to conduct conferences, workshops and symposia for students and faculty. It has a seating capacity of 200 and is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with LCD projector, LCD screen, white board and public addressing system.
