The announcement of the district-level youth festival winners was made by Setwell CEO M.D. Mehraj. The event, held at SRKR Engineering College, Bhimavaram, under the auspices of the District Youth Services Department, Khyati Group from SKAC Women's College, Tanuku, securing the top spot in the Folk Dance (Group) category. In the Folk Song (Solo) category, K. Chinnibabu from Tanuku claimed the first position, with N. Sushmita and CH Sairam from Bhimavaram attaining the second and third positions, respectively.
